Returns

Request return authorization before shipping anything back. Approved returns must generally be unused, unopened and in resalable condition. Return delivery is the customer's responsibility unless Guardian supplied the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective. Used, installed, custom or customer-damaged filters are not ordinarily returnable. Refunds are issued after inspection, and original delivery charges may be excluded where appropriate.
