Guardian Facility Supply Return and Refund Policy

Return requests

Most eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days after shipment. Contact Guardian Facility Supply before sending any product back. A return authorization is required before a return will be accepted.

Return condition

Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included materials. Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for return or refund.

Special-order and non-stock products

Special-order, made-to-order, configured, cut-to-length, and other non-stock products may be non-cancellable and non-returnable. When a return is permitted, manufacturer restocking fees may apply. Restocking fees for non-stock products may range from 15% to 35%, depending on the manufacturer and product.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Guardian Facility Supply confirms that the return resulted from our error or a verified defective product. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or confirmed otherwise by Guardian Facility Supply.

Damage, loss, and shortages

Report visible or concealed shipping damage within 7 days after delivery. Report lost shipments within 30 days after shipment. Keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed. Claims submitted after these periods may not be eligible for carrier or supplier resolution.

Refund timing

Approved returns are inspected before credit is issued. Supplier and manufacturer processing may take 4 to 8 weeks after receipt of the authorized return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping, restocking, or other authorized charges.

Warranty

Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer. Guardian Facility Supply will provide reasonable assistance with warranty documentation and routing, but warranty eligibility and remedies are determined by the manufacturer.
